well David, perhaps it might be but I'm not a flippin attorney. Relaying that all the documents have been sent to the SEC would certainly not be in violation, but, maybe, just maybe that's all they are allowed to share until some megagod at the SEC says...ok KSWJ..go ahead and throw out a PR and you can even include your freaky little EM-100 process too, but keep your JV in your sock until you have a patent number and EXXON signed on the dotted line..ok? :)
