It's time to buy LBSR. It wasn't safe before, but now it is. I sold out at 3 cents and earned $45,000 recently. LBSR just keeps paying me back. I just need to find a bottom. It looks as if the bottom will reach .004. Shares are not scarce. Keep in mind there will be a reverse split on this. The share structure needs an overhaul. There won't be a solid run up with this many shares in the OS. Unless I'm wrong of course.
