Only the "special" up to date shareholders are privy to any actual updates, and in the case of Reid and KMAG they could be called out-dates since nothing ever actually happens!

Of course, Reid just supplied another update on the updated shareholder meeting date that is now not really any longer an update, but and out-dated update....
