If your employer gives you options it's to incentivize you to add value to the company because if you do so your options gain value and when you exercise them you make more money.
Same thing. The financiers here get their money back and profit from the convertible debt. The warrants are already icing on the cake and that icing carries a profit potential 100X the interest On the convertible debt.
This is great to prevent dilution and get this institutional investors support in succeeding operationally.
You're right they could convert their warrants to shares and sell immediately post RS...I guess that's where we disagree. I see their interests as completely aligned with ecig now. Keep in mind they don't even have to exercise the warrants in the first place. It's a no risk incredibly high reward opportunity. You don't trade a billion dollar opportunity for $5 million.
I am by no means a savvy trader. I have invested in this company and will continue to hold out long term. My question to you after numerous posts yesterday and last night and this morning is why is your very first post asking people to interpret the 8k for you and now you seem to be posting like you understand exactly whats going on with it. NOBODY knows how the market will react, all you need to know is where this will be in the future if you are interested in holding long term. GL
