Kim wants his company back if JOEZ don't let him see exactly how F up the books are. My opinion is that KIM is attempting a Coup D'eta against the board. It wont be a surprise of KIM hijacked JOEZ common shares. Everytime JOEZ about to move up, KIM released a PR aftermarket to kill any run by JOEZ.
