My guess is they are waiting like everybody else. There must be 10 INDs mentioned the past year probably itching to get started but all waiting on either FDA nod or SVFC structure for patent security... IMO, they need to split out their research leg ICBS and isolate it and initiate all INDs giving ICBS patent security via preferred ownership.
