Most of you will blow this off, but I agree with fmeded's reaction to the PR. Right at the top he verifies that they are the developer, not 'ing', of the cell. If its not there he's opening himself up to serious litigation. He's telling us its there, and the progress is stalled somewhere along the line. But its coming. The rest of the PR is, as you have said, repetitive. He can't get into the detail due to some agreement I suspect. But the PR, to me, is to tell us longs its still coming down the track.
