So with the RS coming next week (quote): "shall in any event not be carried out later than March 24, 2015""...isn't if fair to assume that no one wants right now to buy at higher PS but that lots want to cover and some sellers unload and, thus, the PS may very well drop to 5 to 8 cents this week ???
