Thank you for the post. I needed to hear more than just the announcement of the financing. Much of what was said by Roger, was helpful. I do wish that the pricing was higher, but I won't care by the end of this year regardless. I think that this could be a +$1-$2pps by end of year. If there was that much oversubsciption ($14M as I recall) and all US investments were from "major institutions" in the US, then I think the conference call had the requisite effect. I like what I heard, and I think this is going to be a wild ride year. L&S.
