The only reason to go public is to raise funds to finance business operations... when you invest in a small company with a strong business model then that company grows and generates revenue pps goes up and you make money... Just fyi

Why do most companies go public? Not rocket science. What you just said can go for any r/m merger play. Money can be made but if one thinks that investing in Hitec will make u able to buy a house in the hamptons then your delusional.
