the scoundrels who are selling their discounted stock are getting diminishing returns especially when consider the env permit goal is in sight
1 of OTCQB'S new rules-set by NON-regulatory otcmarkets.com -AND being phased in 4 months after a co's fiscal year beginning April to May 1 2014 and to be completed by May 2015 is that bid price must be 1c to list on OTCQB
this is part of an anti-business political mandate to eventually eliminate subpenny stocks
and has nothing to do w a stocks SEC status
thus stocks which cant reach the 1c bid standard or fall below such for an extended period of time are now relegated to pink current status-even though they are still SEC reporting
so at some point if bid is below 1c for an extended time- dont know how long-would have to look it up- this may happen -makes no real difference except to the uninitiated who dont understand these new games -just saying now so if that happens there's no unnecessary panic triggered by the usual malcontents cries of the sky is falling
