Yes, but remember the converter's that have given the loan and the company have a set price that the loan holders receive their shares for, I do not know the bases, but I understand the fact it's more likely to be pleasing the holders rather then the debtor or their shareholder. The reason being if those that are interested in finding out such information, can't for a reason. The reason being a deeper dip. Dror would rather whoever is buying at these levels(those ignorant to the fact/just don't care) to help rid the company of debt.;)
