I will take a stab...Majority Shareholder in Uponus with Exclusive rights to the encryption product. They exercised their Exclusive rights to form a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (SeGo (TM)) using that product...I think that is right anyway

they invstmented into Uponus and were able to secure exclusive rights to the encryption technlgy. todayz newz tells us they will wholly-own 100% of its SEGO Technolgies Mbile Commnication divsion thats lanching the consumer app that we now knw is called SEGO. Yoda waiting for S-1 to hit.
