if it does, then it will be based on pure speculation. I doubt it will reach a penny anytime soon.. it will easily reach .6 within the next few weeks, and probably .7 or .8. But flippers are going to break any profit margin before it reaches a penny. My best guess is that it will reach a penny perhaps in a few months when investors overwhelm what any flipper can do to the market. We just need a catalyst for this (news, or whatever)...
