Did it close .0001? Nope, it closed .0002! BIG BUYING VOLUME!! Probably trade between 1 and 3 before the BIG MOVE before news announcment on 3 to 4 solar plants in Romania!

Keep in mind this could also be for the purchase of the 3 to 4 solar plants. Think of saying to yourself i'm lucky to get 1's or 2's before it moves much higher!! IMO
