(a) purchasing 100% of patent application for the THC breathalyzer technology from Cannabix – the patent application is broad in scope;
(b) working rapidly with our team of doctors and lead engineer (see operations section) to develop a working prototype of the WP THC Breathalyzer within a 6-9 month time frame;
and
(c) trial testing the prototype with National Institute for Drug Abuse (NIDA) and the National Highway Safety Administration (NHSA)
and
(d) developing a commercial WP THC Breathalyzer for the marketplace within 24 months. West Point will be concentrating on two specific applications of the breathalyzer device
(a) to provide a device for law enforcement for rapid detection of THC that can be used roadside to identify drivers intoxicated by the use of marijuana
and
(b) develop a device that can be useful for testing employees in the workplace where intoxication by THC can be hazardous.
