Not sure really, On March 2nd or just before they went into production.

If you read the right side the company refers to "big box" stores as to where it will be sold. I think they went into production with the start up production money and I believe the merger will happen any time. This will give them the publicity and also the ability to roll product out nationally with a pr camaign. Share price will go BOOOM then they can raise money for mass production, sales marketing etc. IMO
