Jay Sharma is on the patent personally, as is Ken Manzo. Neither Celprogen nor Manzo Pharma own any part of the patent.

Furthermore, Ken Manzo has never offered even a vague description of the relationship between Celprogen and Manzo Pharma although he said "a merger of any sort has not been discussed or is likely". He has disclosed publically that Manzo Pharma has not yet paid for the recent laboratory tests but owes Celprogen for the services and must somehow acquire the funds for payment in full.
