If they are not able to file the 10k by midnight tonight they are required to file an NT 10K (a late filing notification). So either way we will be notified.

Let me say, that I find this IR company rather useless. I would take the info that they provide cautiously.

When I contacted them the Thursday prior to the vote, they gave me a bunch of info that simply did not come to fruition.

One piece of info they gave me was that ECIG would not PR anything prior to the vote, and what happened? They PR'd stuff before the vote.

Don't take me wrong, I was glad about that, but really made me scratch my head regarding the IR firm.
