"The bottom is near!"...and this is getting tempting. Look at the one year chart and match up the rsi. The most recent rsi pattern looks a lot like this one. I nibbled a couple k today and may add later this week.

this isn't going to be like getting the 60 centers earlier, but most of those buyers are now out, imo.
