The public float valuation that designates somebody as an accelerated filer wasn't there for ECIG until Q3 after enough dilution had happened and the pps was high enough. That's why this year/this filing would be different.

well.. this is exactly what i've been arguing from day one.. is huge difference in smaller reporting entity vs accelearated filer.. at least from my own research.. peace. stok
