Hey dirtdog. Been hanging on to this albatross for years too. Down 60% from when I bought. Still just holding on because I like the management and hoping they'll come through one day. I still peek everyday hoping I'll see some upside news. I emailed their PR 4 months ago and they never responded. Hmmmmmm
