It looks as though the R/S has not been approved and rightly so. I wouldn't dismiss the SEC,they might just be sniffing around this one.Based on previous posts there have been a number of complaints lodged with them against ACLP. Using the SEC's website and their description of fraud/scams it is possible to describe the activities of VTCo and quoted companies, ACLP, to fit exactly what they had outlined.
