because some jackhole broke the .015 support so the longs might as well benefit from it although i dont see it going much lower now that the indicators have bottomed out and more buy signals are being made at this time............. you gotta remember most of us are here for long haul so there is no reason to rush the PPS faster then the fundamentals can keep up with it ....... we will get our test then we will get our cert then as that is happening we will also get the rising PPS.......... again you gotta keep the horse in front of the cart at all times
