You're getting close. But instead of relying on message boards for such information you might consider looking at a more official source...a source that keeps the most current information as provided by the company itself...the company's Edgar listing.
The most recent company filing said this:
"As of March 6, 2015, we had approximately 58,892,954 shares of common stock outstanding, and warrants, debentures, preferred stock and options convertible to approximately 22,374,251 shares of common stock outstanding."
The company filing immediately preceding that one said this:
"The number of shares outstanding of the Company’s Common Stock as of February 24, 2015 was approximately: 56,564,190."
I have no idea why the company apparently issued 2.3 million shares during the intervening 10 days.
