If they want to just lay out cash they could at any time, but until they get all the DC's up, and the '2 day guarantee' in place, I think we'll see gradual growth and marginal marketing. My wager is on the holiday. When that last DC is open, the gloves come off.

I hope I'm wrong and they are everywhere like the compettion sooner, but he's BIG on managed growth.. which is fine, so long as its GROWTH.
