I also see management returning their personal shares here to the company as a positive point. If they did not think they were going to have eventual success here they would not be supporting the company's ongoing operation with their own personal compensation shares. There also have to be private placement of other off-market investors buying these shares for cash who must beleive in the future value of DDCC.
