I believe a few months ago you posted an article indicating a new patent from Baxano. Could that be an indication that a new product is on the horizon? Does it mean that there are actually employees still working at Baxano?
Also, what are your thoughts on John Palmer? He seems to have a track record in turning companies around. Maybe he could do the same with Baxano.
I also found it interesting that they needed more time for their bankruptcy plan. Hopefully a restructuring or reorganization of the company can take place where the common shareholders can be a part of it.
Finally, do the common shareholders have any representation at these bankruptcy proceedings? Or is just secured/unsecured creditors?
