Yeah Otis, we're moving forward on snail's crawl Brother, but there's hope. APDN1Mill on this board keeps on adding to our tally of mfgrs and suppliers qualifying for Federal Stock Class 5962 type semi-conductors. We're tying it to the proving ground bought by the R&D award given to us by the Office of the Secretary of Defense. We're getting more and more unique tagging done and pretty damn quickly. Showcasing so to speak.

With Chromologic in the mix, we're out on some of the machined parts (bearings, clutch/friction discs). We've proven we're good on cabling, hoses, and materials.
Waiting now on the DLA to call an expected multi-mfg conference tentatively scheduled for June during the last Commander's tenure. We knew there would be a change of command, and that happened in January. A three-star from the Air Force, who seems enthusiastic and supportive in the DNA marking program.
It's all in his court now. We know the DLA will be doing the marking, we don't know the pricing structure. $50K startup, $35K per year obviously gone. We figure that's being worked out now too.
Really down in trading volume now, two of our board members took on major holdings in the company a few weeks back, and created a "MIXED SHELF" offering. Protective move for us evidently. We weren't ready for prime time. Jim Hayward and John Bitzer put down cash and picked up ~15% total of our shares (7% by one guy 8% by the other) through their separate "INSTITUTIONAL" level corporate entities their involved with.
Our funding is more complicated the the kickapoo joy juice DNA mix we put out. I'm concerned by the whole thing, but impressed these guys were willing to do this. There's going to be dilution. We're at 17 million shares NASDAQ, the mixed shelf is over in the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation's self-managed exchange. 25 million shares.
