In 2012, while the company was still in the R&D phase and borrowing money to sustain operations, it was strategically decided to temporarily forego the very expensive process of filing quarterly audits. The company filed the appropriate SEC paperwork and became a fully self reporting company. (LMAO!!! Going Dark is fully self reporting! - that is too funny) We have continued to post our quarterly and annual financial statements and are a member in good standing on the OTC Markets Pink Current Information tier. Investors looking to find the latest information can visit our website or www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NTEK/filings. Once the company has turned profitable we intend to continue the audit process and upgrade to the OTCQX tier, filing our quarterly filings with the SEC once again. "SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NANOTECH ENTERTAINMENT (OTCPINK: NTEK) announced today its Retention Sadler, Gibb and Associates LLC. Sadler, Gibb and Associates has previously provided services for NanoTech in the past and will be the audit firm for the company moving forward as it prepares to file audited financials in 2014.
Earlier this year NanoTech announced at the Annual Shareholders Meeting its intentions to move up to the OTCQB as a first step to uplifting further to a next level exchange. This is another in sign of the continued growth and expansion of NanoTech as the company has moved out of the R&D phase and expanded during the second half of 2013.
