VA...The problem is that he doesn't see these things, like the O/S and A/S issues as "bad news". I think he may know business, but can't gauge the sentiment and behaviour on the OTCBB very well. He is approaching this like the market assumes this is a viable business. BUT, on this market, the reverse is true, and you are guilty until proven innocent. If you say 25 billion A/S, this market WILL believe those will be O/S very shortly. You can't assume the market will "figure things out". It is a blindly emotional, over-reacting entity. I don't think JF realizes this, as he seems constantly surprised or upset by what traders are doing to this price. Thing is, the OTCBB is MOSTLY short term gamblers. You want consistency, you need the AMEX or NYSE! He won't find any "fluff room" here, and traders will mercilessly beat at this horse until it gets up and runs!
