He's blaming the TA who said they'd would not continue as TA if the stupid investors didn't quit calling in droves.
For some reason the members of this board, more than any I've ever been on, think they know more than Fleming as to how to start-up and run a company. The have to feel as if they have to have their mits into every little facet.
If, by this time, you can't trust management to grow a profitable company, you don't belong here, and should go bother some other little company trying to get their legs under them.
