Might want to think about why investors would be selling with the road just laid out before them. A new IR web site, etc., etc.,

Here is the proof on RIGH resolving old-RightSmile debt, Vapo.
...it's was taken care of a long time ago...

There is no mention of "Ex ceo continuing to dump his 670,000,000 and so are others in ex consulting positions or that have convertible debt."

If the above quote were the case, those shares would need to be noted in the financials. Instead, below is the breakdown of the old
RightSmile convertible debt, as I see it, based on the financials. Note Angel points out there is no current long-term commitments.

It's noted in the financials first in FYE13, which is backed up again in the most-recent Q3E/2014.

“The company currently has no long-term commitments as of our balance sheet date.”

There is reference to the debt in BCAP’s financials (post 139396), but it doesn't say anything about 670 million or old consulting positions. What it does not on to say is, the debt (and those shares were exchanged for cash by a third-party…

Here is reference to the debt in RIGH FYE13 financials...

Kelso and USCOPRO were brought in as third-parties to clean up the old RIGH debt that (originated more than 3 years ago with agreements made between BC*P and prior RightSmile management), IMO.

Here are notes b and c in the fins referencing Kelso and USCoProducts.

My assumption based on the fins, notes, emails, etc. is 1,939,000,000 of the above 2,998,000,000 shares have been repurchased by Bud Genius, Inc. (RIGH) A/O September 30, 2014, as per the filings. Between October 1, 2014 and today’s date, March 15, 2015, the remaining 1 billion shares have been part of the repurchase by company, and this is why the O/S and A/S have not been updated by the Wyoming SoS. One can assume, based on the amount of volume during Q4/2014 and Q1/2015 (to date), where we stand on the share repurchase (buyback) plan and the average trades. We should be done or about done based on volume.

Simple math of the shares that have been retired to date.

Old Sal Share Count – 26 billion

Latest Sal Share Count – 24 billion

So in my opinion, anything else in reference to prior management selling shares is made up and make believe, because there's zero mention of it in any of the financials.
