UNQT the way I read it is as of December 2014 there is 6.2 issued and outstanding in which over 2.9 billion in restricted shares which would mean there is only about 3.3 billion in the float. I think once unqt goes SEC current and merger is announced then UNQT runs good. Many have been here for a while and I don't think ppl will sell for two or three ticks. Time will tell soon enough.
