Fact! Successful companies clear up all these facts BEFORE they build a facility for it. But who knows, maybe they will use it for agricultural farm use. Hmmm, how convenient somebody has had it built on there property, at no cost to the land owner.

FACT, CEN was issued a Ready to build letter by HC.

True. They requested it.

FACT, all municipalities must be inform of the applicants intent to operate a medical marijuana facility as a condition of HC application with sight approval by HC and local government. Before a Ready to build letter can be issued.

True. That doesn't mean that CEN had to inform the municipality of where or the scale. So CEN could have either lied to HC or the city.

FACT, CEN built a facility in accordance with agricultural zoning guild lines and proper permits for such.

True but complete bull$hit. They were never zoned correctly to have more than 5 employees or to process. The filed two permits, a fence and a barn. They failed to file all the other permits, water, sewage, electricity, etc.

FACT, Health Canada did inspection on July 31 2014 (3 months) after inspection request was made.

O.k. And they were found deficient.

FACT, CEN immediately corrected the deficiency's and informed Health Canada of the completion.

True, but one of the deficiencies said they can't judge the operation. Because, they never built it out. That is a pretty big problem. And, no they never fixed that. They never actually built out a grow op.

FACT, No follow up inspection given or rescheduling of inspection done by Health Canada or license granted.

True, no reason to give though. Still no grow op. Just a warehouse.

FACT, November 2014, LAKESHORE votes to pass new bylaws to regulate medical marijuana facilities. Facilities are required to be located in industrial zoning. (7 months) after CEN informed Health Canada that the facility is ready for inspection.

True! That proves CEN was managed by stupid people.

FACT, A municipality can not pass new bylaws that effect pre existing facilities.

A lie.

FACT, CEN Biotech has made all efforts and taken any and all steps in accordance with Health Canada's application requirements to become a licensed producer.

A lie. They have made all efforts to appear like they are moving that way.
