Last year, they hired a group to raise capital for the company to pay off
the 150k settlement for the NIR fiasco and to resume operations.

Just read through the past PR's.

It would have been almost impossible to do this with a chill on,
which is why it was important to get it lifted.
And it doesn't happen overnight.
