That is when the 50 day (or some other average) day crosses the 200 day (or some other average) moving average. It is considered to be bullish to traders. Take a look at a 6 month chart of BCCI and enter the 50 and the 200 day. If things keep progressing in about 2 weeks, give or take. BCCI very well could have a Golden Cross. That would attract more attention, from chart readers.
