Toxic Debt is a known problem and several strides have already been taking to fix that. Its not something that can be done overnight....

The stigma of "Stinky Pinky" is what has people putting the negative over Millions in Revenue....

Why would a company raise money that needs to be repaid in less than 6 months..........hmmmmmm. Could it be because THEY ALREADY HAVE FINANCING LINED UP TO REPLACE IT?????? Of course that is why.
