You are aware that registering and securing a trademark, is a lengthy process right?..... it can take years..... the important part is starting the process.... the initial date of the registration is the security..... I am not sure how public the list of companies in the process would be in the US..... I do know that here in Canada..... its very difficult to find infornation on any registrations that are going through the process..... its not a transparent process by any means.
