Don't forget who has control over that share structure. The same guy who has mentioned a share buyback at some future point.

Vanis & Company have met or exceeded most every objective set so far. (Including a few pleasant surprises.)

With continued success, and a solid track record to this point, it is reasonable for me to take the CEO at his word.
