I respectfully disagree. If every company that was in the growing stage, especially small biotech, that diluted (and this includes piecing out their pipeline to Big Pharma for 20 or 40..etc % which is dilution as well!) their shareholders then we would "NEVER" have pps increases as other small biotechs.

Need to spend money to make money and when you own 100% of your pipeline and no debt then why is that not taken into account for MLV in "only maintaining" a price target of $3.50? I have an idea but we will see...

So when one thinks dilution is the reason to keep that $3.50 target.. the flip side is they didn't dilute and gave up 50% of their pipeline for the same amount of money that the dilution raised "WAS NOT TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT" by MLV.

The night nurses will continue to show these fallacies : )
