UGAZ - grabbed small 2K share position with ya....hoping for $200 to $400 profit and run, quickie flip???? We'll see....

Question: How does S&P and markets set new alltime highs, IF oil and nat gas are going lower? Seems like they need to be climbing also to help market set new highs?????
