You need ETRADE not TD AMERITRADE. TD AMERITRADE is the worst broker for PENNY STOCKS.

They are not very good with micro cap stuff. Most others will work and probably have cheaper commission. Don't limit yourself.

I've heard IB is also keeping people from buying this POS... I guess they're just being good stewards and keeping people from shooting themselves in the foot.
