In50k, Timing is everything on the OTC .... passing the mini will help a lot of investors... full certification will make profits for long time investors...

The best answer to give here is that it takes between 50 to 100 million dollars to start an airline.

With no other source of obtaining that $, the only way to do it is by selling Private Placement shares.

Fortunately, Baltia is now at the tail-end of that process.....less than a week away from the mini (which this one we all hope and expect them to pass - and by "all" I mean the shareholders and the Baltia staff and the FAA personnel as well) and with the final task of Proving Flights right after.

Certification is actually within eyesight at this point, and soon Baltia will be able to raise capital (sell tickets) and no longer have to rely on PP.

So hang in there a little longer to see what happens, but I for one feel pretty certain that the pps will at least rise to a higher point than 99% of the investors ever purchased their shares at (I think in 2000, when shares first started being sold, some may have bought in at $1.25 per share. That one to me seems like a far reach, but most of the other share purchases over the years should be no problem getting higher value for once the certification is complete).
