Actually it could be that he wasn't counting with a major drop in the shareprice because of all these Chinese scams and that he truly believed that he would get a big fat loan in 2011-12, or that these bonds they was trying to get money into 2013-14 would have been successfully.

If the shareprice would have been P/e 6 all the time, this mess shouldn't have been this bloody that's for sure.
But of course he did a LOT of misstakes no one can say anything else, and when he should have taken a chill pill and calm down with the capex, he did the opposite.
Sjap was a bloody mess for example.

But I'm glad it is over now, time too look ahead. We got the MF now, we probably shouldn't got that one if we still was on base 1.
Great things will happen in the next couple of months and I'm of course lucky that i was watching this stock at the sidelines for two years before I bought my core position. Bought in when we had 110 M shares outstanding ;)

Solomon knows how to create money out of operations, and now he earns more money than he could spend (i hope), we have a golden opportunity here, whatever if we bought our shares at 50 cent, 1 or 2 bucks back in the days.(pre-split) I'm thinking, 2 1/2 years from now, we could enjoy the $100 Stockholm party.

RD

I don't think he deceived shareholders for personal gain. I think personal gain matters little to him. It may be closer to the truth that he deceived shareholders to boost his ego and to be able to reach his goas.
