Very hard to argue with your post. Like my message stated there is always some ulterior motive behind the scenes with biotech publicly traded companies.
Possibly PPHM is being told what, how and when they can be part of the club? The market is so corrupt and nothing would surprise me. The 38M shares is in some BP's pocket and waiting until the right time to make a move? Don't worry Adam Fraudstein is in on it with his hedge fund cronies.
