I didn't ask for his name (although I usually do) and I didn't really pursue it because he didn't seem that knowledgeable to me about the day to day business. He gave me the info on the share structure but wasn't able to offer more. I assume if I receive a return call from the company, I'll be able to get some meatier questions answered.
I spent a few minutes going over old post last evening and came to realize that this company has had some issues in the past. I have no idea if they've cleaned up their act.
Does anyone know if the TA is still gagged as it was before the merge? If so, that is a very unfavorable sign. If I get time today, I hope to call them myself today and find out the current OS and to see if it has been changing over the year. Hopefully, it is information that they will release.
FWIW, I nibbled 10k shares yesterday and will add more if the future prospects look good.
