Need updated news release on convertible debt issuance. Didn't Peter issue a news release (or was it an interview) updating us a few months ago? Why won't he update us now? This is something he can do to help the stock price-- keeping us informed between 10Q periods. Why not update us the same day, with full details, whenever any new convertible debt is issued? If none have been issued that haven't already been mentioned, what is the down side coming out and saying so? And, was Peter taken by the hedge funds like he was by Stanford... or are we the ones being taken?
