Oy one problem with your "theory" lol

Compania minera is DISSOLVED.

Which means it no longer exists.

Actually there is another problem..

Ownership changed in 2011..

FABIAN and his group, purchased MIRANDA alto.

Again i ask.. Show me one document saying that FABIAN owns 20% of AGCZ.

Also show me any evidence whatsoever that bob, not the miners, receives all of the revenue from minera.

Oh another thing... Minera never did more than a million In business within a calendar year..

Get where I'm going with all this??

Ok, theres 3 photos and they are all from 2010. That's two years AFTER bob claimed he owned Miranda alto. Lets have a look at what the captions in the photos read in english;

Photo 1

"Me and Joselo Armijos with Pablo Lopez, owner of the mining area mining Miranda Alto, from which the Piromorfita this thread"

Photo 2

"It is always advisable to have a good topography, in this case to monitor the Piromorfita'

Photo 3

"The search for new Piromorfita increasingly more interesting and intriguing follows the Governor vetoes"

Does ANYONE see anything remotely close to someone being congratulated? Or ANYTHING regarding a sale of his mine?

Pretty simple to see the preferred shares of NWGC are owned by Robert, and the other five original Compania Minera owners. Robert owns 52% of the preferred.

This puts it all to rest. The preferred shares would give them ownership above the commons and the ability to continue to control the direction of Compania Minera, which remains 100% subsidiary including all its employees. I would believe Fabian owns preferred and not common shares. Making him an "owner"
