Your last 2 posts bring up the questions that I think a lot of us are asking, Jimmy. And I doubt that anyone here really has the answers, this is such a convoluted deal and I haven't read anyone's take on it that explains in detail exactly what the 2 companies will comprise when the dust settles. It's probably one of those circumstances in which only time will tell. It would be nice if the dividend were entirely extra but I sorta think it will be paid for in HISC share price in some way. But I hope not. Then again, I'm not the most informed shareholder here.
